At Partners Community Management, our experienced team of HOA professionals are here to help make your lives easier... and living in your community more enjoyable.
When David founded Partners Community Management in 2011, he brought with him over thirty years of finance and operations management experience - twelve years at the executive level - in the diverse fields of banking, service, and manufacturing. His expertise included developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets, successfully negotiating contracts, and administering customer relations centers - three of the most important aspects of successful community management - all of which have served him well in the HOA industry. David is a passionate supporter of education. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), he holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, and he continues his education by regularly attending seminars and training through CAI.

Pete oversees a portfolio that includes historic buildings from 1898 and 1912 (both are historic landmarks in the city of LA) to a mid-century modern treasure from 1960, designed by famed architect, Lionel Mayell. He works closely with the city of LA, the BID (Business Improvement District), police departments, and governmental agencies. Pete received his degree from University of Santo Tomas in Manila where he majored in economics and minored in accounting. He has received his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation from CAI and continues his education through ongoing training and seminars through CAI.
