David Mayemura, CMCA
President
When David founded Partners Community Management in 2011, he brought with him over thirty years of finance and operations management experience - twelve years at the executive level - in the diverse fields of banking, service, and manufacturing. His expertise included developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets, successfully negotiating contracts, and administering customer relations centers - three of the most important aspects of successful community management - all of which have served him well in the HOA industry. David is a passionate supporter of education. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), he holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, and he continues his education by regularly attending seminars and training through CAI.
Pete Ong, PCAM, AMS, CMCA
Vice President-Management Services
Pete began his career in the HOA industry in 1982, bringing with him a background in banking, accounting, and aviation. Today, after 37 years as an HOA professional, Pete is an invaluable part of our company, serving as Vice President - Management Services and mentor to his junior colleagues. Pete oversees a portfolio that includes historic buildings from 1898 and 1912 (both are historic landmarks in the city of LA) to a mid-century modern treasure from 1960, designed by famed architect, Lionel Mayell. He works closely with the city of LA, the BID (Business Improvement District), police departments, and governmental agencies. Pete received his degree from University of Santo Tomas in Manila where he majored in economics and minored in accounting. He has received his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation from CAI and continues his education through ongoing training and seminars through CAI.
Priscilla Naiman, CMCA
Mid-Rise/High-Rise Specialist-Downtown Los Angeles
In her role as mid-rise/high-rise specialist, Priscilla has a unique understanding of the distinct experiences associated with mid-rise/high-rise living in downtown Los Angeles and its adjoining communities. She has forged strong, professional relationships through her work with police and fire departments and the South Park Business Improvement District (BID) and she credits her previous role at a Fortune 500 company for cultivating her belief in the power of follow-through and customer service. She is passionate about her work and finds her greatest joy in helping her Boards and residents create harmonious communities. Priscilla is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. She received her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from CAI and regularly attends continuing education seminars and luncheons.
Karol Ortez
Customer Care Manager
As Customer Care Manager, Karol is involved in every aspect of our day-to-day business including billings, budgets, research, compliance, and staying abreast of new laws. Her most important responsibilities are to ensure our clients' satisfaction, to introduce new processes and procedures when we find a better way, and to make certain our client billings are accurate. In addition to 12-1/2 years' experience in the HOA management industry, Karol has a background in purchasing from an international construction company and accounting and administrative experience from a national security company. Karol has a double major in Global Business and Management through University of Mobile, Alabama and she received her Certificate of Accounting from UCLA.
